"For 6 months, the right internal carotid artery has been totally blocked, as a result of which there has been weakness in the left arm and leg (hemiparesis), difficulty in communicating (dysphasia), loss of consciousness, and asymmetry on the left side of the face (left central facial paralysis). An anastomosis of the right intracerebral MCA-M4 artery with the right STA artery passing in front of the right ear was performed on the patient. In the postoperative period, all the patient's complaints have been resolved."
